Gasket Shellac is a hard setting, slow drying liquid for gaskets repairing and sealing. It can seal the metal gasket and threaded connections for light duty service. It is suitable also for felt, paper, rubber and composition type gaskets applications. It remains flexible when dry, and exhibits good fuel resistance. It help to improves reliability, saves time and labor, and can be clean up easily.

It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low odor, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling. It is permanently flexible and stable at between -80 °F to 625 °F (-62 °C to 330 °C). It is also resistant against automotive fluids.
A medium setting (30 minutes), fiberglass-reinforced polymer compound that enables permanent repairs to many surfaces including fiberglass, concrete, ceramic, glass, metals, wood and many plastics. It is specially formulated to adhere surfaces exposed to damp or underwater (salt or fresh) conditions. Once cured, it can be drilled, screwed, machined, filed or painted. It will not rust, shrink or pull away. It is resistant to water, temperature extremes, and chemicals such as hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, and dilute acids.
