A semi-drying grey liquid gasket that uses synthetic rubber as the main ingredients. It is formulated to form a layer thick enough to work efficiently on uneven joint surfaces. It exhibits good resistant to heat, oil, gasoline and particularly LPG. It turns into rubber-like elastic substance upon curing.

It will not rust, shrink or pull away. It is resistant to water, temperature extremes, and chemicals such as hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, and dilute acids.
